Thank you for stopping by!  Please take a moment to learn more about what we have to offer.  Feel free to contact us with any questions you have about our organization.

Gehmans Mennonite School is a private, non-profit entity that offers a quality program of education, for Kindergarten through 8th grade, that is Christ-centered and Anabaptist oriented.  We currently serve 149 students with 14 full-time and 5 part-time staff.  Our staff members have an average tenure of 10 years at GMS.

GMS also offers a Life Skills class.  The design of this class is to work with special needs children, i.e. Down ’s syndrome, etc.  The goal of this program is to work with children that have mental disabilities.  It is our desire to teach and work with them in a safe, Godly environment.

In the fall of 1952, Gehmans Mennonite School was begun by an association of Christian parents related to the Mennonite Church.  The first year there were two faculty members. Since this beginning year, God has blessed the school with growth in enrollment, staff, and buildings.
